    Anything in the press bars

    These are quick and easy to make, use whatever healthy ingredients are in your press… here’s what was in mine today!


    • ½ cup soaked gogi berries in water
    • 200gms oats (optional)
    • 1 cup hazel nuts
    • 1 cup almonds
    • 1 cup walnuts
    • 1 cup cashews
    • ½ cup flax seeds
    • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
    • 2 tbsp melted organic coconut oil
    • 1tbsp organic honey (optional)
    • 100mls bottled water or more if needed
    • 1tsp spirulina (optional)
    • 1tsp matcha green tea (optional)



    1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees
    2. Put oats, fruit, nuts and seeds into a food processor and pulse
    3. Add melted coconut oil, water, honey, sea greens, matcha and pulse until your required consistency
    4. Place mixture on a flat baking tray on baking paper, pat down with a spoon until mixture is compressed like flap jacks
    5. Place tray in the oven at 150 degrees for 20/25 minutes until golden brown or crispy
    6. Cool and cut into flap jack size squares when cool & wrap in two’s in tin foil and keep in freezer. These will defrost in a few hours.
