    Well it’s that time of year again…. I am running The Body Fat% Challenge, it has been incredibly successful in the past and there has been a demand for its return once again!

    This year it is for 35 Days 
    Training and Consultations will be under 2 fitness Experts Joanne & Jenny to ensure maximum results!

    With 1 Lucky winner who looses the most amount of body fat%

    This years challenge, will take on 10 People so the challenge is greater, you must work even harder to beat your competitors!

    All fitness levels are welcome on this challenge

    WHAT THIS CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

    • 2 x specialised fitness regimes on line with video links for each exercise
    • 2 x 60 minute personal training sessions (2 x one-to-one sessions in total)
    • 2 x Group nutritional Seminars (Sat 14 Nov at 10am & Sat 28rd Nov at 10am)
    • 1 x Nutritional protocol to be followed 100% if you want to win!
    • On-going group & 1-to-1 support with Joanne & Jenny, both experienced Fitness Experts
