    Breakfast Smoothie

    Quick, easy, healthy and delicious! Very handy for early morning starts, for lunches, school runs or meetings on the go or if you come in after a busy day and you need something quick. I made this one on a Sunday morning after a power walk. Yummy!!

     

    Ingredients – serves 1

    • 1/2 Banana
    • 2 sticks celery, chopped
    • 1 hand full frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 fresh beetroot
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    • 2 teaspoons organic peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 cup water

    Method:

    Place all ingredients in blender until smooth & enjoy
