Stott Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. It is excellent for injury rehabilitation, pre/post natal clients, athletes, amateur’s and everyone in between. Pilates can strengthen & tone muscle, assist with weight loss programmes, relieve stress & tension, improve flexibility, posture & balance, enhance co-ordination and assist injury rehabilitation.
