    Clean & Green Protein Smoothie

    Delicious, clean & green protein smoothie! Perfect for a snack or pre gym workout.

     

     

    Ingredients:Serves 2 people

    • 1/2 cup berries
    • 1/4 cucumber peeled & chopped
    • 1 cup Romanian lettuce chopped
    • 2 celery sticks chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
    • 1 -2 cups of water

    Method:

    • Wash and chop all ingredients
    • Place them into a blender,
    • Add water and mix well
