Delicious, clean & green protein smoothie! Perfect for a snack or pre gym workout.
Ingredients:Serves 2 people
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1/4 cucumber peeled & chopped
- 1 cup Romanian lettuce chopped
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
- 1 -2 cups of water
- Wash and chop all ingredients
- Place them into a blender,
- Add water and mix well
