    Coconut & Chocolate Protein Balls

    Makes 12

    Ingredients:

    • 3 scoops chocolate protein powder or you can use vanilla either!
    • 120g oats
    • 30g chopped hazelnuts
    • 2 tsp cocoa powder
    • 1 Pinch cinnamon
    • 80ml skimmed milk or almond milk
    • 60g peanut butter
    • Desiccated coconut

    Method:

    1. Mix ingredients in food processor until smooth
    2. Roll into 12 small balls and then roll the balls in desiccated coconut
    3. Chill in the fridge for approx. 30 mins before serving
