    Below are the new Group Training Sessions & Classes for July & August 2015


    €80 for members / €96 non- members of Energie Fitness Club Rathfarnham

    (maximum of 8 participants to ensure maximum results)

    This class is an 8 week 45 minute intense competitive group personal training session. Primal Combat training mixes proven techniques along with new and innovative approaches. Every workout targets major and minor muscle groups, while also engaging all energy systems for maximum results! This is a fun workout with a team experience using body resistance along with equipment such as, boxing gear, kettlebells, mega bands and weights to achieve a variety of workouts over the 8 weeks.

    Starting: Tuesday 14th July 6.45 pm -7.30 pm - ONLY ONE PLACE LEFT

    Pilates is an 8 week 45 minute class which is aimed at lengthening and strengthening your muscles, it complements any sports performance from football to triathlons and is excellent for assisting with injury or postural rehabilitation as well as enhancing co-ordination skills while in a relaxed environment.

    Starting with Joanne: 8 Week course €72 for members / €80 non-members

    • Monday 13th July 8.30 pm – Beginner / Intermediate – 7 weeks €63 M /€70 non-M
    • Wednesday 15th July 7.30 pm – intermediate / Advanced – 8 weeks 
    • Wednesday 15th July  8.20 pm – Beginner / Intermediate – 8 weeks 
    • Friday 17th July 10.15 am – All Levels – 8 weeks
